Morning: 2 servings of fresh fruits
Noon: (main meal)
Veggies: a bowl
healthy carbs: 1 cup
lean protein: skinless and good portion

Evening: 1 pot of fat free yogurt

+ i drink lots of water
and i exercise daily

So im eating a healthy balanced diet that is all portion controlled, i drink lots of water and i exercise :)

good or not good?
