I think that is really good! I also think you are doing a great job of staying and trying to keep yourself healthy! Good for you!!!
Good
This is very good.
If YOU still can see YOUR reflection in the mirror than YES.
But..
Do YOU really think YOU live to eat???
perfect!
too good…
You will not maintain this diet as it is quite severe. However some minor changes would do wonders.
You need more fat – Add a handful of nuts to your fruit meal, soak them overnight first and do not use peanuts. Take either the carbs or the protein out of your lunchtime meal & have them on the evening with a few steamed veg or salad. Have some salad with your lunch & evening meals always, for roughage to help digestion.
Don’t worry about portions of veg & fruit at all. Just eat until you are about 3 quarters full at the table. The rest will work itself out…
Sorry going to disagree with everyone – Not good . You need more protein , veggies and good fats to your diet . Just by eye balling your diet you are UNDER 1000 calories . Yes you will lose weight but once you up your calorie intake you will gain it all back. Its a great try though
. My suggestion to you is go on Fitday.com and plug in all your macro nutrients and you will be surprised how much sugar you are getting just from the fruit alone . I would bet that the percentages come up VERY high in sugars and carbs with little protein and fat .
