i’ve had this laptop for almost a year now.
the battery life is in no way near 4 hours. at most, i’d say 2 (and i have it set to power saver).
also, i encountered some problems in the beginning with pre-installed sony software not being compatible with itunes… uninstalled all the sony bulk and everything has been fine since.
otherwise, i LOVE this computer!
