elevated heart rate, no recent exercise; even happiness triggers it but when it starts it doesn’t stop for hours.. foot twitching like tapping my foot constantly nearly.. taking deep breaths for no reason or breathing too much.. I don’t know why I keep getting this but its not really mental unless its totally subconscious cause I’m a pretty happy person despite a few things in life that I’m not proud of I’m generally a proud person. thinking its some kinda chemical imbalance cause it happens at the most inconsistent times and not always heart related.. hits other parts too like shakes and yawning alot but no paranoia or hand habits like tearing things nad making piles oh and bruxism! which is thought to be stress related clenching and grinding of one’s jaw after unconscious(sleeping) or have to be so close to it you’re about to pass out for it to ever happen. but also can be due to uneven teeth but I can discuss that in another question sometime. I did have antibiotics for something recently and another another time for something else .. nothing chronic just two separate things that hit out of the blue .. never had this problem before this. oh yeah and caffeine affects me soooo badly. and I don’t mean hyperactivity..heart palpitations. and general feeling of malaise. and I’m only 28 what could be wrong with me? I’m not overweight at all in fact my doctor told me to stay put weight wise its just right.

One is on top left next to bicuspid that was root canaled in October 2006 and has not been capped yet (waiting for insurance in July), while the other is opposite that and is next to a bicuspid that had a tiny filling done in April 2007 which previously caused a stinging feeling, the one under that started aching in February 2007. Everyday the one next to the filled one still aches, while some days the other two ache more or less. Every night I wear a bruxism guard. Advil doesn’t help much, while an ice pack inserted into mouth helps some. No avoidance or combination of food makes any difference from all soft to crunchy with hot peppers. I chew on both sides of my mouth. I’ve taken antibiotics for 3 weeks with only slight improvement. I have had a full face X-Ray and it showed no sinus infection 100% clear. Why do my teeth still ache after 6 months?
I’m 34 years old. Thanks.
I had braces on my upper teeth only when I was age 8-12.
Because the three dentists and one physician I’ve seen have offered me no advice.

For antibiotic associated diarrhea, my doctor tells me that eating yogurt is good for getting a lot of the good bacteria that antibiotics kill and that bananas and apple juice are good for replacing the potassium lost from diarrhea. Are there any other remedies that are good for treating antibiotic associated diarrhea?
