I have a bad night time teeth grinding problem when I sleep (bruxism). I really need to wear a night guard to protect further damage to my teeth. I currently have crowns on some of my teeth. Night guards fit the teeth very tightly. I am concerned when I pull off the night guard from my teeth in the morning my cemented crowns may be pulled off with it. Are there different types of night guards that don’t fit so tightly? I haven’t been wearing a night guard because I am concerned about this happening. It would be a hassle to have to go to the dentist all the time to have my crowns recemented if the night guard pulls them off. How strong is that cement?
