I need to find some good meals I can make for my kids and myself that will last awhile. We’ve been spending too much money on stuff from restaurants and food that gets used up too quick. What are some good meals that kids would like that would also make for good leftovers? If you can provide any exact recipes too that would be good.

(my husband is going to be out of town for three weeks so he won’t be around to spoil my kids with expensive restaurant food)
