I feel like I sometimes shake (very slightly but I can feel it). Usually it happens with fatigue. What is it?

Watercup asked:
For example, if sitting on the couch, I feel like my head is ever so slightly shaking and if I concentrate on it, it feels like I’m holding on tight and stressing. And sometimes when I’m in bed, I feel like my whole body is shaking a little bit… almost vibrating. What is it? Could it just be stress? I do have bruxism and grind my teeth but I have no other symptoms of Huntington’s disease. I’ve never been seen by a neurologist but did have my head hit the ground very hard when I was 14 (almost 20 years ago). I didn’t have any issues after that (nothing physical at least or anything I can remember), but wonder if something is now developing. Thanks for your input and guidance.
